Over the last couple of years, we have been experimenting with adding video to our stills sets. It hasn't been easy, but we have finally found a process that allows us to seamlessly integrate motion into our stills production. We've been so persistent because A. it is a fast growing market and B. it's sooooo cool! With video comes along all kinds of new techniques and gear(!) that we get to play with.
Video stock has come a long way in the last couple of years, but there is still lots of room to grow. What we do here is try to build on our strengths of creating great stills by making moving versions of our photos.
For any of our video footage, you will always find a photograph from the same day. For instance, from one of our favourite shoots last year with the great people out at Sierra West Ranch.
